Standardformate der analogen Fotografie haben das Seitenverhältnis 2/3. Abzugsformate mit diesem Seitenverhältnis, wie z.B. das Format 10 x 15 cm sind schmaler und Digitalfotos müssen beschnitten werden um das Papierformat voll auszufüllen.
